How does Organizo work?
Add your guests by family, with categories and sides. Publish the invitation and send each family its own link. Replies land in your list on their own, and then you seat everyone at their tables.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The free plan gives you one event per account, with the full guest list, categories, sides, the table count and the basic seating plan. There is no time limit. You only pay when you want to publish the invitation.
How do guests receive the invitation and reply?
Each family has its own link, which you send on WhatsApp, Viber, SMS or email. The invitation opens in the browser, with no app and no account. Guests reply inside the invitation, and the answer goes straight into your list.
Can I manage the guest list and seating?
Yes, from the free plan on: the list, categories, sides, "How many tables do we need?" and the basic seating plan. Dasma and Premium add the full seating plan, and every guest sees their own table in the invitation.
What is included in each package?
Free: the list and the tables. Ftesa (€29): the published invitation with RSVPs, up to 150 guests. Dasma (€59): unlimited guests, the full seating plan, exports and 2 languages. Premium (€99): three linked events, your own colors and music. The full comparison is under Pricing.
Is it a subscription?
No. Couples and families pay once per event. There's no monthly fee and nothing renews on its own. Subscriptions are only for venues and planners.
What if we have more events?
Paid events don't use your free slot, so you can have 1 free event plus as many paid ones as you like. For the engagement, henna night and wedding, the Family package (Premium, €99) covers all three on one shared list.
How long does the invitation stay online?
Until 12 months after the event date. After that the link closes, but your list stays in your account.
Is Organizo available in Albanian?
Yes. This site is in Albanian and English, and the planner is in Albanian. Invitations can be in Albanian, English, Turkish or Macedonian: Ftesa includes 1 language, Dasma 2, and each extra language is €5.
Can we move from Ftesa to Dasma later?
Yes, at any time. You only pay the difference, €30.
How do refunds work?
You have 14 days from payment. If you're not happy, write to us and we'll refund the full amount.
